Arthur Elliot van Poecke lives with Type 1 diabetes. Remembering questions, making sense of information and facing another screen when tired led him to explore a companion he could talk to.
He built a working voice prototype. Today, that practical experience informs Nielo’s broader exploration of life with chronic conditions.
Meet the founderWe built a physical voice device that integrates conversational software with diabetes data. This working prototype gives us a practical foundation for testing ideas. It is not a clinically validated or finished commercial product.
Explore the prototypeWe’re preparing a network for adults living with Type 1 diabetes and other chronic conditions, people who support them, researchers and clinicians to help shape future interviews, surveys and product research.
